Navigating steep stairs can be a challenge for those with mobility issues. Parking is almost non-existent nearby, which adds unnecessary stress!!! Not having 24-hour reception can leave you feeling unsupported.

Marvellous location, especially for me. Very easy to get from Humberto Delgado airport, just 15 km. The staff - nice and pleasant. Exceptionally comfortable bed in double room with climate control, a minibar and a coffee/tea maker.

also, location was particularly good, just 5 minutes walk from bairro alto. visiting bars and cafes very close to the hotel was easy. the breakfast was particularly nice and complete with organic food and toppings, as example.

We stayed for 5 nights, and y'all, it was just perfect. The folks there were as sweet as peach pie and really cared about us, bless their hearts. The room was charming and tidy, and the nearby places to eat had some mighty fine grub. I reckon we'll be talkin' about this trip for a long time!
